6-(2-aminopropyl)benzofuran or 6-APB is research chemical in the Phenythylamine class of compounds with a chemical structure very similar to that of Amphetamine. The compound is believed to possess stimulant and entactogen properties, based on its chemical similarity to other compounds in its class, such as MDA. It is likely to act as a releasing agent and re-uptake inhibitor of Dopamine, Norepinephrine and Seretonin.
